I’m an enterprise workforce transformation executive, international keynote speaker, and published author. For more than 15 years I’ve led capability strategy across Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations, architecting large-scale transformation, leadership development, and skills-based operating models for companies including Kraft Heinz, Citrix, and Novo Nordisk.

I co-authored Think Like a Marketer, Train Like an L&D Pro, I facilitate at OISE, University of Toronto, and I curate the English-language track at LEARNTEC, Europe’s leading digital learning conference.

My work is built on a single conviction: workforce capability is a business strategy, not a training program.

  • Why Me?

Most workforce transformations fail because leaders solve the wrong problem. They treat a capability gap as a training gap and build programs where they needed to redesign how work gets done.

I start somewhere else. With the business outcome, the customer experience your brand promises, and the real cause behind the performance you’re not getting. Then I architect the workforce capability that closes it, at the scale enterprise transformation actually demands.

I’ve done this across automotive retail networks, global manufacturing, pharmaceutical rollouts, and more, spanning thousands of frontline roles, multiple languages, and every layer from the C-suite to the shop floor. The results held after the launch.

If your last transformation stalled, the problem probably wasn’t your people. It was the design. That’s the work.
